Real-time upgrade alerts: be ready when space opens

Alerts fire when availability changes for the upgrade type and cabin you chose — for example when a segment goes from sold out to open with confirmable space, when the seat count moves, or when space closes again. You choose which changes matter to you when you create the alert.

There is no fixed delivery window, and we would rather say so than promise one. 2LNR scans upgrade and award availability continuously, around the clock, rather than on a once-a-day check, and an alert goes out on the next evaluation pass after a scan observes the change on your route and date — in practice within minutes of that scan, not hours. How often a given route and date is scanned varies with the route and with how close departure is, so treat it as a range rather than a guarantee. Yes. Alerts are not tied to a specific booking or reservation. You can monitor any covered route (American, Delta, or Alaska) and date combination regardless of whether you have purchased a ticket. This is useful for finding confirmed space before you commit to buying.

Alerts operate at the segment level. For a connecting itinerary, you set individual alerts for each segment. This gives you precise control — you might only care about the long-haul leg, not the short domestic connection.
