1. Introduction
Welcome to 2LNR ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully.
2LNR is operated by Interline, Inc. By using our Services, you enter into a binding contract with Interline, Inc.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Services Description
2LNR provides tools and services to help travelers find and track airline upgrade availability. Our Services include:
- Web and mobile upgrade availability tracking
- Airline upgrade availability data and analysis
- Route analysis and visualization tools
- Notification services for upgrade availability
2LNR is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline. Upgrade availability data is informational only and does not guarantee that any upgrade will be available or confirmable at the time of booking.
3. Subscription and Payment Terms
3.1 Subscription Tiers
We offer multiple subscription tiers with different features and capabilities. These tiers and the features and capabilities included in them are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.
3.2 Payment and Billing
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date
- No refunds for partial subscription periods. You may cancel at any time through the Billing page, and your access will continue through the end of the current paid period
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period
3.3 Free Tier
We offer a free tier with limited functionality. Free-tier access may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time without notice. No payment information is required for the free tier.
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials
- Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or technical limitations
- Not share access or sell any data shown or collected by this service
- Not use any automated means (including bots, scrapers, crawlers, or browser extensions) to access, extract, or collect data from the Services
- Not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any data, content, or functionality provided by the Services
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the Services
5. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Interline, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, costs, or damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third party's rights
6. Data Collection and Usage
By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Anonymous aggregated data may be used for service improvements
- Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, look and feel, visual design, software, and search methodologies are owned by Interline, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree that you will not duplicate, copy, or reuse any aspect of the Services without express written permission from Interline, Inc.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties:
- About the accuracy or completeness of flight data
- That upgrades will be available or confirmable
- About uninterrupted or error-free service
We do our best to provide accurate information, but all information is subject to change within seconds, and we cannot guarantee that you will be able to secure the information shown on this site as a result of actions taken by an airline or other parties beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Interline, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
10. Third-Party Services
Our Services integrate with third-party services including:
- Stripe for payment processing
- Google Firebase for authentication and infrastructure
- SMS and email providers for notifications
Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party service providers.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services:
- For violations of these Terms
- For abuse of the Services
- At our sole discretion with or without cause
If we terminate your account without cause and you have a paid subscription, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of your current billing period. No refund is owed if termination is due to your violation of these Terms or abuse of the Services.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice within the Services at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may cancel your account before the changes take effect.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with arbitration taking place in the State of Delaware.
You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
